Stereo Trigger released their first DEMO EP "Therapy Sessions" in June of 2009. The CD was recorded in a weekend after only a couple of months playing together and featured the band's first single: Blackout as well as fan favorites: Ambush and Vegas. The EP was sold at the band's early shows and recently a very small number of CD's from the original pressing were found and will be available at live shows.

In September of 2010 the band entered Mobtown Studios in their hometown of Baltimore, MD to begin recording their first official release titled "Against The Tide". The first single Fallen was released in March of 2011 and the CD followed on April 8, 2011.
